Cancel Your Order

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) at any stage before the product(s) are packed and despatched, and up to 7 days afterwards. You may do so by simply returning the products in accordance with the provisions below or by contacting our Customer Experience Team at sales@weleda.co.uk or on 0115 944 8200.

If you decide to cancel an order after we have despatched the products, you will be under a duty to return them to us, at your own risk and cost. All such products should be returned within 7 days after the Products have been delivered to you. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the products to us unused, and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original product packaging, by one of the means set out in our Returns Procedure.

Returns Procedure

In the unlikely event of your order being supplied incorrectly or damaged in transit, please call the Customer Experience Team on 0115 944 8200, within 3 working days of receipt and we will arrange replacement goods.

If you change your mind and decide you do not want the goods, your statutory rights allow you to return them for refund, provided the goods are unopened and returned within seven days. You will be responsible for the cost and safe carriage of returning the parcel, so please ensure the goods are packed correctly. Please call the Customer Experience Team on 0115 944 8200 before you return any item/s to ensure the correct procedure is followed.

Invoice and shipment notifications


All invoices and shipment documents will be emailed to customers, instead of paper copies enclosed in orders. This process allows us to reduce the amount of paper we use as part of our ongoing sustainability efforts. All customers will be provided with an automated email the moment their items leave our warehouse.

Refund Policy
